Here's the 14-page playtest PDF. While the character creation process has been run through in play, producing much of the initial content for this wiki, the in-play rules have not gotten exercised, and may be subject to change. It may well be that Fred has created something a little too byzantine for actual play — but as is always the case, actual play will prove whether it's true.
